Times have changed and companies need to change with them. In today’s working world, especially with all the downsizing and reorganization, employees no longer have the “staying power” they once had before. The younger generations are increasingly nomadic as they move from company to company based on better job titles, benefits and reward packages. Look back 15 years ago, the www was emerging and people had mixed feeling about it's future success. Today the internet is one of, if not the main communication and information tool we have at our hands. Most times before someone will visit or call a place of business they will go to the internet and look them up. It's not enough to have a website anymore, social networking sites are booming.
